John Figueroa had resigned his position as the IPMS/USA Director of Local Chapters (DLC) to concentrate his efforts as the Chairman of the IPMS/USA 2026 National Convention. Hi IPMS/USA Members,
I have been getting notified by several members that a spam email is out there supposedly coming from me.
Hey XXX,
I hope you are doing well. Do you have some free time today? I would greatly appreciate it if you could let me know. Thank you.

John Figueroa, the Director of Local Chapters, has collected suggestions from chapters on their best practices. Chapters can adopt these practices as is. In no way are these practices meant to be a directive from IPMS/USA.
The attached Best Practice is a spreadsheet giving chapter treasurers ways to track revenue and expenses. A member listing spreadsheet is also included.
